hi there, I read about your farm in the star trib last year and your article & farm is what has inspired us to start raising ducks (as well as chickens).
Is there any literature/books/websites that you can recommend to me to help us in the process of becoming duck farmers?
Do you have a mailing list or newsletter that I can sign up for? I’d like to learn more from you & I too love to cook and would love to start to incorporate duck eggs into my cooking (we eat so many eggs and we enjoy raising animals) so we are so excited to start this process I just can’t tell you just how excited we are! We will be getting our chickens in 2 weeks and baby ducks this week! woo hoo!Thank you for your time & any advice/recommendations that you could possibly share would be very much appreciated!

Hi paula- the very best website for duck info is Metzer farms – they have SO much information on there and a blog too. Great people! Khaiti is working on a book currently about raising ducks in this region, which we hope to debut next spring. All the best to you!
