when it works, it is beautiful!!!

when it works, it is beautiful!!!                 Yesterday I taught a class through River Market Co-op in Stillwater, on making fresh mozzarella. Making the curd can be so challenging- as the directions don’t always work. Well, the cheese angels were looking out for me! We had a successful mozzarella tasting after the curd set up perfectly, despite the heat going too high, and my worrying. Check out River Market’s website for more fun classes!  www.rivermarket.coop
